The Annual General Body Meeting(AGM) took place on July 5, 2025 in the school Auditorium. The program commenced with Ma’am Jaspreet welcoming the management and parents along with the resource person, Dr. Jayashree. This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Sisters and Dr Jayashree. Ma’am Ritu Yadav began the proceedings with a prayer after which she introduced the new principal Sister, Shanta Fernandes, pre-primary incharge Sister Meeta, primary incharge Sister Shanthi and Sister Lizanne. She also mentioned the continued presence of the School Manager Sister Isabel and  Vice Pincipal Sister Premalini.

The Principal Sister Shanta welcomed the audience and presented the annual report. She also mentioned the new ventures, the maintainence work and outreach programmes going on in school. She also talked about the concession being given by the school. Ma’am Indu presented the PTA account statement. This was followed by. the felicitation of the top scorers students of classes, XII and X. The toppers from class XII received a certificate, a trophy and a cash prize. All students received a trophy and a certificate. The felicitation ceremony was followed by a talk by Dr Jaishree, the topic was “Modern Day Parenting From Helicopter Hovering to Lighthouse Guidance”.  This insightful talk was well received by both parents and teachers. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Ma’am Rasna.
