On December 1, 2025, a talk on Digital Wellness was conducted for the students of Classes 4 and 5 by Primary School Counselor Ms. Manvi. The session highlighted the impact of excessive screen time, including tired eyes, headaches, poor posture, lack of sleep, reduced concentration, and less time for outdoor activities and hobbies. Students learned about the importance of digital discipline, including setting time limits, taking regular breaks, and balancing screen time with outdoor play, reading, and family interactions. A simple digital detox plan was also shared, encouraging students to practice screen-free hours each week. The session concluded with the reminder that technology is helpful only when used wisely, and that we must reflect on our choices.
