A Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Talk was organised for the students of Classes IV and V on 23 July 2026 in the big activity room of the Primary wing. The session was conducted by Dr. Shrishti, who explained the importance of menstrual hygiene, personal cleanliness, and healthy practices in a simple and age-appropriate manner.

She encouraged students to maintain good hygiene, eat a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and seek guidance from trusted adults whenever needed. The session also aimed to remove hesitation surrounding menstruation and promote empathy and awareness. Students listened attentively and interacted actively with the resource person, making the session both informative and meaningful.
