Forty-five NCC naval cadets embarked on an enriching educational visit to Dehradun, gaining valuable exposure to India’s military heritage and scientific institutions.
The cadets visited the Indian Military Academy (IMA), where they explored the War Memorial, Chetwode Building and Weapon Training Area. They also watched a motivational film and had the opportunity to interact with DCCI Major General Sandeep Malik. As a gesture of goodwill and camaraderie, the cadets presented handmade cards to the IMA cadets.
The visit continued with a tour of the Forest Research Institute (FRI), where the students explored the institution and gained insights into forestry, research, and environmental conservation.The journey was enriched with moments of joy and bonding, making the experience a perfect blend of learning, discipline, exposure, and camaraderie.
The cadets were accompanied by School Manager Sister Isabel, Associate NCC Officer Preeti Swami, GCM Monica Ma’am and Senior Ex-Cadet Aanya.
