On 15 May 2026, the Rank Ceremony of the NCC Naval Wing was held at the NCC Unit, Sector 31, Chandigarh with great pride and discipline. The ranks were conferred by Commanding Officer of the NCC Naval Unit, Commander Gaurav Pant, to the deserving cadets.

From Carmel Convent School, Cadet Falak Saini was awarded the rank of Petty Officer Cadet (POC), Cadet Tanvi received the rank of Leading Cadet 1, and Cadet Vedika was conferred with the rank of Leading Cadet 2.

The ceremony was attended by 2nd Officer Preeti Swami, ANO of Carmel Convent School, who escorted and accompanied the cadets during the event. The rank ceremony proved to be highly motivating and inspiring for all cadets, encouraging them to perform with greater dedication and enthusiasm in the upcoming training activities.
