Carmel Convent School organized a “Nutrition in a Tiffin” Competition for Classes I and II on August 21, 2025 to spread awareness about the importance of healthy eating. The young students participated with great excitement and brought tiffins filled with nutritious food items such as fresh fruits, salads, sprouts, chapatis, and homemade snacks. Each child spoke a few lines highlighting the nutritional value of their food and explained how it helps them stay strong and energetic. The competition not only encouraged children to develop healthy eating habits but also inspired parents to prepare balanced meals for their wards. Sister in-charge and teachers appreciated the creativity and confidence of the students. The event concluded with the message: “A healthy tiffin paves the way for a healthy future.”
