A special session on the cultural heritage of Chandigarh was conducted by Mr. Lovinder Kashyap for the students of Class VIII at Carmel Convent School on 19 May 2026 in the school auditorium.
During the session, Mr. Kashyap introduced the students to the rich heritage and planned architecture of Chandigarh. He explained the importance of various heritage sites of the city and highlighted the contribution of the famous architect Le Corbusier, who designed the architecture and layout of Chandigarh.
The session was highly informative and engaging. Students learned about the cultural significance, architectural beauty, and historical importance of the city. Mr. Kashyap also encouraged students to value and preserve cultural heritage for future generations.
