The students of Carmel Convent School participated in Swachhta Pakhwara activities from 1st September to 15th September 2024. It was observed to spread Swachhta awareness in and around the school. It started with an assembly on cleanliness and pledge taken by one and all to keep the school surroundings clean. From 2nd to 13th September various activities were held like poster making on Green India Clean India, Hand Washing Day, personal health hygiene talks and drawing competition, Green school Drive etc. This encouraged and inspired the students to maintain hygiene and sanitation. The students were also sensitized about the impact of scarcity of water so that they conserve water and other natural resources like trees, fossil fuels etc. In the end prize distribution was held on 13th September 2024.
