On October 31, 2025, the students of Carmel celebrated Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's 150th birth anniversary as the National Unity day. The day started with prayers and the patriotic song “Saare Jahaan se Achha”, followed by a speech on the life of Sardar Patel. The principal addressed the students about the contribution of Sardar Patel towards the building of our nation. The students took the Rashtriye Ekta Diwas Pledge, after which they sang the national anthem.
