Date: 01 October, 2026

The Pre-Primary Wing celebrated Mother Veronica’s Feast Day and Gandhi Jayanti on 1 October 2026 with reverence, joy and a spirit of reflection.

The programme commenced with a special prayer, seeking blessings and guidance to follow the values of love, compassion, humility and service. The children were then introduced to the inspiring life and teachings of Mother Veronica through “Gems of Mother Veronica”, highlighting her virtues and her selfless dedication to education and service.

The celebration continued with a melodious song, creating an atmosphere of gratitude and togetherness.

As a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, the children presented an engaging role play depicting significant moments from his life. Through the enactment, the young learners were introduced to Gandhi ji’s timeless values of truth, non-violence, simplicity and kindness. The presentation helped the children understand that even small acts of honesty, peace and compassion can make a meaningful difference.

The celebration beautifully brought together the values of faith, service, truth and peace, making the occasion both meaningful and memorable for our young learners. It was an enriching experience that encouraged the children to imbibe these values in their everyday lives.
