The Pre-Primary Wing organised a delightful and enriching Parent-Led Puppet Workshop for the LKG students, offering them a wonderful opportunity to learn through creativity, imagination and hands-on participation.

The session began with an engaging puppet-making activity based on the Art of Upcycling. Parent volunteers demonstrated how simple, everyday materials could be transformed into colourful and expressive puppets. The children watched with great curiosity and enthusiasm and enjoyed exploring the creative possibilities of reusable materials.

The workshop was followed by a lively puppet storytelling session presented by the parent volunteers. Through colourful puppets, expressive voices and an engaging storyline, the children were transported into a world of imagination and wonder. The storytelling experience encouraged them to listen attentively, express their thoughts and connect with the characters and values woven into the story.

The session beautifully blended creativity, storytelling, environmental awareness and joyful learning. It also strengthened the bond between parents and the school community by providing parents with an opportunity to actively participate in their children’s learning journey.

The enthusiastic participation and cheerful responses of the little learners made the workshop a memorable and meaningful experience. The school extends its heartfelt appreciation to the parent volunteers for generously sharing their time, creativity and talent and making the learning journey truly special for our young learners.
