The school proudly conducted a Pre-Primary Orientation Programme on 27th March 2026, warmly welcoming the parents of Nursery, LKG, and UKG students into the new academic session. The orientation aimed at building a strong partnership between the school and parents, ensuring a smooth and joyful learning journey for our young learners.

The programme commenced with a serene prayer, invoking blessings for a successful and fulfilling academic year ahead. This was followed by an insightful presentation on the vision and mission of the school, emphasizing the commitment to nurturing confident, compassionate, and lifelong learners.

An important highlight of the session was the introduction to the NEP Foundational Stage, where parents were guided about the holistic and play-based learning approach as recommended by the National Education Policy. The focus on experiential learning, development of foundational literacy and numeracy, and fostering curiosity in early years was elaborated in a simple and engaging manner.

The pedagogy followed in the pre-primary wing was explained in detail, showcasing how learning is integrated through themes, storytelling, hands-on activities, and interactive sessions. Parents were also briefed about the variety of activities and field trips planned throughout the year, designed to enhance social, emotional, and cognitive development of the children.

The event was graciously presided over by the esteemed School Manager, Sister Isabel Fernandes, along with the respected Principal, Sister Shanta Fernandes, and the dedicated Pre-Primary Incharge, Sister Meeta. Their presence and encouraging words added great value to the session, reassuring parents of the school’s commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
