On 9th October 2025, the students of class V attended an insightful talk about mental health. The talk was conducted by Gurnoor Sehgal(an ex Carmelite) on the theme, “How Important I Am” focused on helping children understand their self-worth and the importance of emotional health. Students were made aware of self-love, expressing feelings, and building confidence, they were encouraged to recognize that every individual is unique, valuable, and deserving of care and respect. The session was interactive, inspiring, and helped students feel more confident about themselves and their emotions.
